Effect of active psychological support nursing combined with music therapy on regulation of self-efficacy and compliance in patients with depression
Objective Explore the effect of positive psychological support nursing combined with music therapy on self-efficacy and compliance of patients with depression.Methods The subjects were 140 patients with depres-sion from January 2021 to February 2023 in our hospital.The patients were divided into control group(70 patients)with routine nursing and intervention group(70 patients)with positive psychological support nursing combined with music therapy.All patients were treated with venlafaxine based systemic antidepressants for 8 weeks.The indexes of patients were evaluated 1 week before the intervention and 4 weeks after the intervention.Results The scores of GSES,PSS and PHQ-9 in the two groups were significantly different from those before intervention(P<0.05),while the scores of GSES,MARS,PSS and PHQ-9 in the intervention group were significantly different from those in the control group(t=13.315/10.546/17.316/8.532,P<0.05).The difference of GSES score and MARS score of female patients before and after intervention was significantly higher than that of male patients(t=3.301/3.590,P<0.05).Before and after intervention,the difference of GSES score of patients with college education or below was significantly higher than that of patients with college education or above(t=2.708,P<0.05).Conclusion Positive psychological support nursing combined with music therapy can improve patients'self-efficacy and compliance,reduce patients'stress and depressive symptoms,and provide reference for clinical treatment and nursing of patients with depression.
