The application effect of psychological nursing under the concept of humanistic care on anxiety and de-pression in patients with acute heart failure
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of psychological nursing under the concept of humanistic care in patients with acute heart failure(AHF).Methods A total of 260 AHF patients from May 2019 to June 2020 were randomly assigned to the observation group(including 130 patients who received psychological care under the concept of humanistic care)and the control group(including 130 patients who received routine care).The compre-hensive quality of life assessment questionnaire 74(GQOLI-74),self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depres-sion scale(SDS),and Herth Hope scale(HHI)were evaluated.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and cardiac function indicators were compared between two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in GQOLI-74,SAS,SDS,HHI,PSQI,and cardiac function indicators between the groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the observation group showed better GQOLI-74,SAS,SDS,HHI,PSQI,and cardiac function indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting psychological care under the concept of humanistic care for AHF patients can improve their anxiety and depression,improve their hope levels and quality of life,alleviate their sleep disorders,and promote their disease progression.
