The effect of Hope Therapy in psychological nursing of patients with heart valve replacement
Objective To explore the effect of hope therapy in the psychological nursing of patients with heart valve replacement. Methods A total of 113 patients with heart valve replacement from January 2021 to January 2022 were the subjects of this study and randomly divided into two groups by digital table method. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, and the patients in the observation group were given hope therapy on the basis of the control group. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hershey Hope In-ventory(HHI)were evaluated before and after nursing in the two groups.Check left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LvEDd)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were evaluated before and after nursing. Results The HAMA score and HAMD score of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing, and the HHI score was significantly increased. The LvEDd of the two groups after nursing was significantly lower than that before nursing, and the LVEF was significantly increased. After nursing, the LvEDd of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the LVEF was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hope therapy used in the psychological care of patients with heart valve replacement can effectively re-duce their negative emotions of patients, improve their level of hope, and improve their heart function.
