摘要
目的 探讨希望疗法在心脏瓣膜置换术患者心理护理中的运用效果.方法 本研究对象为2021年1月～2022年1月113例心脏瓣膜置换术患者,数字表法随机分为两组,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用希望疗法.评估两组护理前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、赫氏希望量表(HHI),检查护理前后左室舒张末期内径(LvEDd)、左心室射血分数(LVEF).结果 两组护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分均较护理前明显降低,HHI评分显著升高,且护理后观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分低于对照组,HHI评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组护理后LvEDd较护理前显著降低,LVEF显著升高,且护理后观察组LvEDd显著低于对照组,LVEF显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 希望疗法用于心脏瓣膜置换术患者心理护理中能够有效减轻患者负性情绪,提升希望水平,并有助于促进心脏功能的提升.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of hope therapy in the psychological nursing of patients with heart valve replacement.Methods A total of 113 patients with heart valve replacement from January 2021 to January 2022 were the subjects of this study and randomly divided into two groups by digital table method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and the patients in the observation group were given hope therapy on the basis of the control group.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hershey Hope In-ventory(HHI)were evaluated before and after nursing in the two groups.Check left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LvEDd)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were evaluated before and after nursing.Results The HAMA score and HAMD score of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the HHI score was significantly increased.The LvEDd of the two groups after nursing was significantly lower than that before nursing,and the LVEF was significantly increased.After nursing,the LvEDd of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the LVEF was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hope therapy used in the psychological care of patients with heart valve replacement can effectively re-duce their negative emotions of patients,improve their level of hope,and improve their heart function.
