Influence of intensive detail management on environmental stressors and negative emotions on patients in ICU
Objective To explore the effect of intensive detail management on environmental stressors and negative emotions in ICU patients. Methods A total of 100 critically ill ICU patients in our hospital from February 2021 to Febru-ary 2022 were the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into two groups by digital table method. The control group was given basic nursing care, and the observation group was given detailed management based on basic nursing. The ICU Environmental Stressor Scale(ICUESS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),and Self-Rating Depression Scale(HAMD)were evaluated before and after the intervention, and complications were recorded. Results After the inter-vention,the scores of humanistic environment, physical environment, treatment environment and self-perception of the ICUESS scale in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention, the HAMA score and HAMD score in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the two scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of delirium and sleep disturbance in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening detailed management can significantly reduce the environmental stressors of ICU patients during hospitalization, reduce negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, and reduce the incidence of related complications.
