Effect of positive feedback psychological nursing care on uncertainty, psychological state and nurs-ing satisfaction in patients undergoing cerebral artery intervention surgery
Objective To explore the effect of positive feedback psychological nursing on the uncertainty,psy-chological state and nursing satisfaction of patients with invasive surgery for cerebral artery disease. Methods From March 2020 to March 2022,a total of 158 patients who underwent invasive surgery for cerebral artery neoplasias were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.79 pa-tients in the control group received routine nursing intervention during the peri-operation of the patients with cerebral artery disease, while 79 patients in the observation group received positive feedback psychological nursing interven-tion on the basis of routine nursing intervention. Before and after the intervention, the changes of uncertainty in illness, mental state and self-care ability were compared between the two groups, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was evaluated. Results The scores of self-care ability and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of disease uncertainty and psychological state in the obser-vation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive feedback psychological nursing could reduce the uncertainty of the patients with cerebral artery disease, improve their psychological state and satisfaction with nursing care.
