Effect of psychological nursing combined with predictive nursing on patients with upper gastrointesti-nal bleeding
Objective To explore the value of psychological care combined with predictive care provided by nursing staff during the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and to analyze the impact of this program on the psychological status of patients.Methods Researchers randomly selected 156 patients with upper gas-trointestinal bleeding diagnosed by physicians in our hospital during the period from February 2021 to February 2023.After admission,78 patients in each group were divided into single and double numbers.Patients in the control group received routine care,while patients in the observation group received psychological care combined with predictive care on the basis of the control group.Statistics were made on the changes in the psychological state of anxiety and depres-sion of patients before and after nursing intervention,as well as the occurrence of complications.At the same time,changes in the stress state of patients before and after nursing were analyzed.Results After psychological nursing combined with predictive nursing,the recorded anxiety and depression results of 78 patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications recorded in the ob-servation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The adrenaline,norepinephrine,and plasma cortisol recorded in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,choosing psychological nursing combined with predictive nursing can not only improve their anxiety and depression status,but also alleviate their stress status,achieving the goal of improving the prognosis.
