Effects of group cognitive behavioral intervention combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimu-lation on sleep quality and behavioral status in children with autism spectrum disorder
Objective To explore the effects of group cognitive behavioral intervention combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on behavioral status and sleep quality of children with autism. Methods A total of 102 children with autism admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to July 2023 were divided into magnetic complex group(n=51)and constant complex group(n=51)according to a random table. The recurrent group was given routine rehabili-tation treatment, and the magnetic recurrent group was given repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy and group cognitive behavioral intervention on this basis. The therapeutic effect, degree of autism, developmental quotient(DQ),behavioral status and sleep quality index were compared between the two groups.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statis-tical analysis. Results The effective rate of magnetic compound group was higher than that of regular compound group(P<0.05).CARS scores in the magnetic recombination group and the regular recombination group before treatment were basically the same(P>0.05),CARS scores in the magnetic recombination group and the regular recombination group after 6 and 12 weeks of treatment were lower than before treatment, and CARS scores in the magnetic recombination group after 6 and 12 weeks of treatment were lower than those in the regular recombination group(P<0.05).The ABC scores before treatment were basically the same between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 and 12 weeks of treatment, the ABC scores of the magnetic recombination group and the regular recombination group were lower than those before treatment, and the ABC scores of the magnetic recombination group were lower than those of the regular recombination group after 6 and 12 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).DQ in the magnetic recombination group and the regular recombination group was basically the same before treatment(P>0.05),DQ in the magnetic recombination group and the regular recombination group was higher than before treatment after 6 and 12 weeks, and DQ in the magnetic recombination group was higher than that in the regular recombination group after 6 and 12 weeks(P<0.05).Sleep quality analysis indicated that there was no statisti-cal significance in PSQI total scores and scores of each item between the two groups before treatment, and after treatment, the scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Group cognitive behavioral intervention combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can improve the therapeutic effect of children with autism, and can improve the degree of autism, development quotient and sleep quality of children, which is beneficial to improve the behavioral status of children, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
