Effects of aripiprazole and tiapride in children with Tic disorder and their influence on the T lymphocyte subsets and neurotransmitters
Objective To compare and analyze the effects of aripiprazole and tiapride on the efficacy,T lym-phocyte subsets and neurotransmitters of children with tic disorder. Methods 76 children with tic disorder who were admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were divided into aripiprazole group(38 cases)and tiapride group(38 cases)according to the random number table method. The aripiprazole group received aripiprazole tablets and the tiapride group received tiapride hydrochloride tablets. The clinical curative effect,T-lymphocyte sub-group value, neurotransmitter level and the probability of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with Tiapride group, the total effective rate of aripiprazole group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment, the values of CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD4+/CD8+increased in both groups, and the increase was more sig-nificant in aripiprazole group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of dopamine(DA),norepinephrine(NE)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in both groups decreased, and the decrease in aripiprazole group was more significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.3%(2/38)in aripiprazole group,21.1%(8/38)in tiapride group, and lower in aripiprazole group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both aripiprazole and tiapride have good efficacy in the treatment of tic disorders, but aripiprazole has better improvement in T-lymphocyte subsets and neurotransmitters, and higher safety.
