硫必利联合心理治疗对抽动症患者的效果

摘要
目的 探讨硫必利联合心理治疗干预在抽动症治疗中的价值.方法 遵循随机原则,选择2021年1月～2023年1月在我院确诊为抽动症的100例患者,以入院单双数分组,对照组(单数)实施硫必利治疗,观察组(双数)选择硫必利与心理治疗干预方案,每组50例.评估临床治疗效果,并评估治疗前后抽动严重程度、心理状态、自我意识.结果 观察组的临床疗效96.00％,高于对照组的82.00％,差异存在统计意义(P＜0.05);观察组运动抽动、发声抽动较对照组降低(P＜0.05);观察组焦虑、抑郁评分相较于对照组降低(P＜0.05);观察组行为、合群、焦虑、躯体外貌、幸福与满足、智力与学习,相较于对照组升高(P＜0.05).结论 在抽动症治疗中,选择硫必利联合心理治疗干预方案可明显缓解其病情,同时调整其心理状态,促进自我意识恢复.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of tiapride combined with psychotherapy in the treatment of Tourette syndrome.Methods Following the principle of randomization,100 patients with Tourette's disease diagnosed in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into single and double groups.The control group(odd number)was treated with Tiapride,and the observation group(odd number)was treated with Tiapride and psychotherapy,with 50 patients in each group.Evaluate the clinical treatment effect,and evaluate the severity of con-vulsion,psychological state and self-consciousness before and after treatment.Results The clinical efficacy of the ob-servation group was 96.00％,higher than that of the control group(82.00％,P＜0.05).The twitch of movement and voice in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The behavior,sociability,anxiety,physical appearance,happiness and satisfaction,intelligence and school in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of Tourette's disease,the intervention program of Tiapride combined with psychotherapy can obviously alleviate the condition of Tourette's disease,adjust its psycho-logical state and promote its self-consciousness recovery.
