Effects of Minapram combined with cognitive behavioral therapy on serum 5-HT,BDNF and sleep quality in patients with depression after mild craniocerebral trauma
Objective To investigate the effect of milnapran combined with cognitive behavioral therapy on se-rum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and sleep quality in patients with de-pression after mild traumatic brain injury. Methods A total of 100 patients with depression after mild craniocerebral trauma admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group received cognitive behavioral therapy, and the observation group received minapram. The treatment course of both groups was 2 months.Evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Before treatment and 2 months after treatment, the scores of related depression scale, sleep quality scale and serum 5-HT and BDNF were recorded;the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. Results The total effective rate was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment, compared with the control group, the scores of related de-pression scale and sleep quality scale in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment, compared with the control group, the levels of 5-HT and BDNF in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).There was no differ-ence in the probability of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Minapram combined with cognitive behavioral therapy can significantly reduce depressive mood and improve sleep quality in patients with mild traumatic depression, and has a high safety.
