Analysis of the relationship between emotional health and prognosis of patients with acute myeloid leukemia and its influencing factors
Objective To explore the relationship between emotional health and prognosis of patients with acute myeloid leukemia(Acute myeloid leukemia AML)and analyze the influencing factors. Methods The clinical data of 98 AML patients admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were analyzed retrospectively. The emotional health status(anxiety and depression)of patients was evaluated by scale and the prognosis was observed. The correlation between emotional health and prognosis was analyzed, and the influencing factors of emotional health were analyzed by binary Logistic regression. Results According to the clinical evaluation, there were 76 cases of depres-sion,accounting for 77.55%,and 80 cases of anxiety, accounting for 81.63%.Follow-up for one year showed that 82 cases(83.67%)had good prognosis and 16 cases(16.33%)had poor prognosis. The good prognosis rate of anxiety group was lower than that of non-anxiety group, and the good prognosis rate of depression group was lower than that of non-depression group(P<0.05).The spearman rank correlation coefficient is show that depression and anxiety were negatively correlated with prognosis(r=-0.238,-0.210,P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that occupa-tional status(unemployed or retired),education level(junior high school or below),average monthly income of family members(≤ 4 000 yuan),personality(introversion)and degree of disease understanding(ignorance)were all risk factors for anxiety or depression(P<0.05).Conclusion Most patients with AML have negative emotions, and nega-tive emotions are related to the prognosis of patients after treatment.Occupational status(unemployed or retired),edu-cation level(junior high school or below),monthly income of family members(≤ 4 000 yuan),personality(introver-sion)and degree of understanding of diseases are all risk factors of negative emotions.
