目的 探索无痛分娩术对产妇产后负性情绪及身体恢复的影响.方法 前瞻性选取的64例产妇均在2022年4月～2023年6月期间收治,按分娩方式分为两组,对照组32例采用自然分娩,观察组32例采用无痛分娩技术,比较两组产程、术后恢复情况、视觉模拟疼痛(Visual analog pain,VAS)评分、睡眠质量评分、负面情绪、产后并发症发生率.结果 观察组第一产程(389.56 ±25.46)分、第二产程(58.45±5.63)分、下床活动时间(4.65±1.56)小时均短于对照组(P＜0.05),宫口开7cm的VAS评分(4.89±1.75)分、分娩后12h的VAS评分(3.12±1.75)分、分娩后24h的VAS评分(2.49±0.33)分、分娩后48h的VAS评分(2.21±0.12)分、日间功能(1.31±0.47)分、安眠药物(1.01±0.01)分、睡眠障碍(1.37±0.50)分、睡眠效率(1.01±0.01)分、睡眠时间(1.34± 0.48)分、入睡时间(1.03±0.17)分、睡眠质量评分(1.34±0.48)分、焦虑自评量表评分(41.13± 3.19)分、抑郁自评量表评分(40.11±3.12)分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 无痛分娩技术在产妇分娩中具有一定意义,可缓解负面情绪,提高睡眠质量,促使术后身体恢复.
Investigation on the influence of painless delivery on postpartum negative emotions and physical recovery of lying-in women
Objective To explore the effect of painless delivery on postpartum negative emotions and physical recovery of parturient.Methods The 64 pregnant women selected prospectively were all admitted between April 2022 and June 2023.They were divided into two groups.The control group consisted of 32 cases who underwent natural de-livery,while the observation group consisted of 32 cases who underwent painless delivery techniques.The labor process,postoperative recovery,visual analog pain(VAS)score,sleep quality score,negative emotions,and incidence of postpartum complications were compared between the two groups.Result The first stage of labor(389.56±25.46),second stage of labor(58.45±5.63),and time to get out of bed(4.65±1.56)in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The VAS score for a 7 cm opening of the cervix(4.89±1.75),12 hours af-ter delivery(3.12±1.75),24 hours after delivery(2.49±0.33),48 hours after delivery(2.21±0.12),and daytime function(1.31±0.47)were all lower Sleep medication(1.01±0.01)score,sleep disorder(1.37±0.50)score,sleep efficiency(1.01±0.01)score,sleep time(1.34±0.48)score,sleep time(1.03±0.17)score,sleep quality score(1.34±0.48)score,SAS score(41.13±3.19)score,SDS score(40.11±3.12)score were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Painless labor technology has certain significance in maternal labor,which can relieve negative emotions,improve sleep quality,and promote the body recovery after surgery.
