早期集束化护理干预对ICU老年患者谵妄的效果

摘要
目的 探讨在ICU老年谵妄患者护理中,展开早期集束化护理干预的价值,并分析该方案对术后谵妄转归及精神状态的影响.方法 统计2022年4月～2023年1月本院ICU收治的80例谵妄患者,以随机数字表法分2组处理,一组接受常规护理(对照),一组接受早期集束化护理干预(观察),分析2组精神状态,并评价术后谵妄转归.结果 观察组40例患者经早期集束化护理干预后,精神状态评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组统计敌对、偏执、焦虑、恐怖、抑郁、强迫等评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组统计的谵妄转归有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 早期集束化护理干预的实施对提高术后谵妄患者转归,改善患者负面情绪及精神状态有理想价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of early cluster nursing intervention in the care of elderly delirium pa-tients in the ICU,and analyze the impact of this plan on postoperative delirium outcomes.Methods A study was con-ducted on 80 delirium patients admitted to the ICU of our hospital from April 2022 to January 2023.The study was divided into two groups using a random number table method.One group received routine nursing services(control)and the other received early cluster nursing interventions(observation).The mental and psychological states of the two groups were analyzed,and the postoperative delirium outcomes were evaluated.Results After early cluster nursing intervention,the observation group of 40 patients had a statistically higher mental state score than the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of hostility,paranoia,anxiety,terror,depression,and compulsion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The effective rate of delirium prognosis in the observation group was higher than that in the con-trol group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of early cluster nursing intervention has ideal value in improving the prognosis of postoperative delirium patients,improving their negative emotions and mental state.
