The effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and prognosis inpatients with assisted reproductive technology
Objective To explore the value of providing comprehensive psychological nursing interventions for patients during the implementation of assisted reproductive technology.Methods Sixty patients who received assisted reproductive technology in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were randomly selected.They were randomly divided into odd and even groups according to the treatment cycle medical record number,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive psychological nurs-ing intervention.Evaluate two groups of anxiety and depression scores,happiness,and coping styles,while recording pregnancy success rate,embryo quality rate,and miscarriage rate.Results After comprehensive psychological nurs-ing intervention,the pregnancy success rate(83.33%)and embryo quality rate(86.67%)recorded in the observation group of 30 patients were higher than those in the control group.The abortion rate(6.67%)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores recorded in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The happiness score recorded in the observation group increased compared to the control group(P<0.05).The coping style scores recorded in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The avoidance and yield scores decreased compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the implementa-tion of assisted reproductive technology,providing comprehensive psychological nursing intervention plans for patients can significantly improve their anxiety and depression states,and can also guide patients to correctly face their own conditions,achieving the goal of increasing the success rate of pregnancy.
