Snyder hoped to explore the impact of theoretical model nursing on self-perceived burden and emotion of patients with chronic heart failure
Objective To explore the influence of Snyder hope theoretical model nursing on self-perceived bur-den and emotion of cases with CHF.Methods A total of 110 cases with CHF admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into study group(n=55)and control group(n=55)by random number table.The 55 cases in control group were given routine nursing,and the 55 cases in observation group were given Snyder hope model nursing.The self-perceived burden,psychological state,hope level and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of self-perceived burden in both groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The depression and anx-iety scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of hope level in both groups were increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Snyder hopes that theoretical model nursing can effectively reduce the self-perceived burden of patients with chronic heart failure,have a positive impact on their psychological state,raise their level of hope,and improve their quality of life.
