Influence of ladder type psychological nursing on emotions and quality of life in patients with liver cancer after operation
Objective To explore the influence of ladder type psychological nursing on negative emotions and quality of life of patients with liver cancer after operation.Methods A total of 106 patients with liver cancer in our hospital from February 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom were treated by surgery.They were randomly divide into two groups according numerical table method.Basic nursing was adopted in both groups,routine psychological nursing was adopted in the control group,and ladder psychological nursing was adopted in the ob-servation group.The self-rating depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),KPS and SF-36 before and after nursing in the two groups were evaluated.Results The HAMA score and HAMD score of the two groups were significantly reduced after nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after nurs-ing(P<0.05).KPS score and SF-36 score were significantly increased in both groups after nursing,and the observa-tion group was significantly higher than the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Stepwise psychological nursing can significantly reduce the negative emotions of patients with liver cancer,such as anxiety and depression,and improve their health status and quality of life.
