Influence of lean nursing based on narrative concept on negative emotions and pain symptoms in peri-operative period of percutaneous intervertebral borescope operation
Objective To explore the influence of lean nursing on negative emotions and pain symptoms in pa-tients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)during perioperative period. Methods A total of 86 patients with LDH from December 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were randomly assigned to one of two groups. The control group adopted routine nursing during perioperative period, and the observation group adopted lean nursing based on narrative concept. The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)at immediately,1 day and 3 days after surgery was evaluated. Results SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were significantly reduced after nursing, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The VAS scores in the two groups decreased gradually on the immediately,1st and 3rd day after operation, and the VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the immediately and 1st day after op-eration(P<0.05).There was no significant difference after 3 days of operation(P>0.05).Conclusion Lean nursing based on narrative concept can reduce the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression of patients with LDH during the perioperative period, and relieve the early postoperative pain symptoms.
