Analysis of CCL-2,MIF and Oxidative Stress Index in Schizophrenia
Objective To analyze the expression and significance of serum chemokine 2(CCL2),macrophage migration inhibitor(MIF)and oxidative stress index in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 106 patients with schizophrenia who received medical treatment in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 106 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy group.Serum levels of CCL2,MIF and oxidative stress indexes[superoxide dis-mutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)]of the two groups were detected and compared. The cognitive function Kit(MCCB)scores in schizophrenia were compared between the two groups. The serum levels of CCL2,MIF and oxida-tive stress indexes in the groups with and without cognitive dysfunction were compared.Pearson analyzed the correlation between serum levels of CCL2,MIF and oxidative stress indexes and MCCB score. Results The levels of CCL2,MIF and MDA in the observation group were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05),and the level of SOD in the observation group was lower than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).The MMCB score of observation group was lower than that of healthy group,P<0.05.The serum levels of CCL2,MIF and MDA in observation group 1 were higher than those in observation group 2(P<0.05),and the serum level of SOD in observation group 1 was lower than that in ob-servation group 2(P<0.05).Serum CCL2,MIF and MDA were negatively correlated with MCCB score(P<0.05),while serum SOD was positively correlated with MCCB score(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal expressions of CCL2,MIF,SOD and MDA in serum maybe be involved in the occurrence and development of schizophrenia, and are closely related to the cognitive function of patients, which has certain reference value.
