喹硫平和奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者的效果比较

摘要
目的 比较喹硫平和奥氮平在精神分裂症治疗中的价值.方法 以入院单双数为基准实施分组,选择2020年4月～2022年4月在我院确诊为精神分裂症的80例患者,以入院单双数分组,对照组(单数)采用奥氮平治疗,观察组(双数)选择喹硫平治疗,每组40例.评估临床治疗效果,并评估治疗前后PANSS量表各项症状评分、认知情况、心理状态.结果 观察组经治疗后有临床疗效的人数占比为95％,高于对照组的80.00％,差异存在统计意义(P＜0.05);观察组阳性症状、阴性症状、一般症状、总分,较对照组降低(P＜0.05);观察组强化记忆、联想学习、图形回忆、人像特点回忆评分,较对照组升高(P＜0.05);观察组焦虑、抑郁评分,较对照组明显降低(P＜0.05).结论 在精神分裂症治疗中,选择喹硫平可更好的改善阳性、阴性症状评分,促进其认知功能恢复,同时缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of quetiapine and olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 patients diagnosed with schizophrenia in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were di-vided into two groups based on the number of patients admitted.The control group(odd number)was treated with olan-zapine,while the observation group(even number)was treated with quetiapine,with 40 patients in each group.Evalu-ate the clinical treatment effect,and evaluate the symptom scores,cognitive status,and psychological state before and after treatment.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 95.00％,which was higher than 80.00％of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general symptoms,and total scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of reinforcement memory,associative learning,graphic recall,and portrait feature recall in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of schizophrenia,choosing quetiapine can improve positive and negative symptom scores,promote cognitive function recovery,and al-leviate anxiety and depression.
