The relationship between anxiety level and memory function,stress level in patients with first-episode gen-eralized anxiety disorder
Objective Analyze the relationship between anxiety levels,memory function,and stress levels in patients with first episode generalized anxiety disorder(GAD).Methods Choose in October 2020 to December 2022 in our hospital for treatment of 85 patients with first GAP as the research object into the GAD group,on the basis of generalized anxiety disorder scale(GAP-7)score results were divided into mild anxiety group(n=28),moderate anxiety group(n=36),severe anxiety group(n=21).Compare two groups of memory function and stress levels[cortisol(Cor),c-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin 6(IL-6)]and memory function in patients with different degree of anxiety GAD and stress level,the Spearman rank correlation analysis starting anxiety severity and memory function in patients with GAD,stress level correlation.Results Three groups of Cor,CRP,IL-6,the total delay time and no delay reaction time,high severe anxiety＞moderate anxiety grou P＞mild anxiety groups,three groups to the total number of delay right,without delay,the correct number,high severe anxiety＜moderate anxiety grouP＜mild anxiety group(P＜0.05);Correlation analysis showed that the starting GAD patients with Cor,CRP,IL-6,the total delay time and no delay reaction time was positively correlated with anxiety severity,the total number of delay right,without delay,the correct number and negatively correlated with anxiety severity(P＜0.05).Conclusion The stress level and memory function of GAD patients are closely related to the severity of anxiety.With the aggravation of anxiety,the levels of stress inflammatory factors gradually increase,but the memory function continues to decline.
