摘要
目的 探讨家长同时接受早期介入丹佛模式(Early start Denver model,ESDM)技能培训对2~5岁孤独症谱系障碍患儿的治疗效果以及父母育儿压力的影响.方法 将我院109例2~5岁孤独症谱系障碍患儿及其家长采用随机数字表法分组,对照组54例予ESDM治疗,观察组55例在对照组基础上患儿家长同时接受ESDM治疗技能教育培训,对比两组患儿孤独症核心症状、智力发育水平以及父母育儿压力水平变化.结果 治疗后,观察组患儿儿童孤独症行为量表、儿童孤独症评定量表及儿童孤独症治疗评估量表评分较对照组患儿低(P<0.05);观察组患儿Gesell发育量表各项评分均较对照组患儿水平高(P<0.05);观察组患儿父母育儿压力各项评分均较对照组水平低(P<0.05).结论 孤独症谱系障碍患儿在ESDM治疗中家长同时接受ESDM治疗技能教育培训能有效改善患儿孤独症核心症状,提高发育水平,并减轻父母育儿压力,值得进一步研究及推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of parents receiving early start Denver model(ESDM)skills training on the treatment of 2-5 years old children with autism spectrum disorder and the influence of parents'parenting stress.Methods 109 children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)aged 2-5 years old and their parents were di-vided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(54 cases)received early intervention ESDM treatment,and the parents of the observation group(55 cases)received ESDM treatment skills training on the basis of the control group.The core symptoms of autism,the level of intellectual development and the level of parental stress were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of child autism Behavior Scale(ABC),Child Autism Rating Scale(CARS)and child Autism Treatment Evaluation Scale(ATEC)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of Gesell development scale in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of parental stress in observation group were lower than those in con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion In ESDM treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder,parents receiving ESDM treatment skills education training can effectively improve the core symptoms of autism,improve the develop-ment level,and reduce the parenting pressure of parents,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
