硫必利联合左乙拉西坦对抽动症患儿的效果

目的 探讨硫必利与左乙拉西坦合用在控制抽动症患者病情中的价值.方法 选择2020年4月～2022年4月在我院确诊为抽动症的50例患者,以门诊就诊单双数分组,对照组(单数)实施硫必利治疗,观察组(双数)在对照组基础上合用左乙拉西坦治疗,每组25例.评估临床治疗效果,并记录治疗后不良反应发生率,同时比较两组临床指标及精神心理状态.结果 观察组的临床疗效96.00％,高于对照组的76.00％(P＜0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(20.00％)与对照组(16.00％)相比无差异(P＞0.05);观察组运动性抽动、发声性抽动评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组抽动次数、抽动频率、抽动强度低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组自我意识评分高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在小儿抽动症治疗中,选择硫必利联合左乙拉西坦方案可明显改善其精神心理状态,同时缓解其病情,确保治疗安全性及有效性.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of combination of tiapride and levetiracetam in controlling the condi-tion of Tourette's disease.Methods Following the principle of randomization,50 patients with Tourette's disease di-agnosed in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(odd number)was treated with Tiapride.The observation group(odd number)was treated with levetiracetam on the basis of the control group,with 25 patients in each group.Evaluate the clinical treatment effect,record the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment,and analyze the clinical indicators and mental state of the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 96.00％,which was higher than that of the control group(76.00％,P＜0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(20.00％)and the control group(16.00％)(P＞0.05).The scores of motor tic and vocal tic in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The twitch frequency,twitch frequency and twitch intensity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The score of self-consciousness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the score of anxiety and depression was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of Tourette's disease in children,the combination of tiapride and levetiracetam can sig-nificantly improve their mental state,alleviate their condition and ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatment.
