摘要
目的 探讨在2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者治疗的过程中,选择帕罗西汀的价值.方法 从2020年10月～2022年10月,选择在我院确诊为2型糖尿病并伴发抑郁的98例患者作为研究对象,以入院单双数分组,每组49例,对照组纳入的患者实施常规对症支持治疗,观察组纳入的患者在对照组基础上实施帕罗西汀治疗.统计治疗后两组患者的临床疗效,和代谢指标.结果 观察组49例患者经帕罗西汀治疗后,临床疗效为95.92％,较对照组高(P＜0.05);观察组记录的治疗后2周、4周、8周焦虑、抑郁评分较对照组明显降低(P＜0.05);观察组的PHQ9评分结果,较对照组明显降低(P＜0.05);观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、皮质醇,较对照组明显降低(P＜0.05).结论 在2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者的治疗过程中,选择帕罗西汀既可改善其焦虑、抑郁症状,同时有利于血糖的控制.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of paroxetine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with depres-sion.Methods From October 2020 to October 2022,98 patients with type 2 diabetes and depression were selected and divided into two groups,49 case in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional symptomatic support treatment,and the patients in the observation group received paroxetine treatment on the basis of the control group.Calculate the clinical efficacy after treatment.The psychological status and metabolic indicators were evaluate in two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy in the observation group was 95.92％,which was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The anxiety and depression scores in the obser-vation group at 2,4,and 8 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The PHQ9 score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,and cortisol in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with depression,the choice of paroxetine can not only improve their anxiety and depression symptoms,but also help to control blood sugar level.
