The effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on hope level and negative emotions in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive psychological intervention on negative emotions and hope levels in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy(LM).Methods From April 2021 to January 2023,a total of 104 cases of LM anesthesia patients admitted to the hospital were collected and recorded. They were divided into a control group and an observation group based on a 1:1 random number table method, with 52 cases included. Both groups received tracheal intubation general anesthesia, with the control group receiving routine intervention and the observation group receiving full psychological intervention.Compare the levels of hope, anxiety and depression, and quality of life between two groups. Results Compared to the day before surgery, the postoperative Heart Hope Scale scores of both groups showed varying degrees of increase, and the observation group had a relatively large increase(P<0.05).Compared to before surgery, the scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale and the Self Rating Depression Scale in both groups showed varying degrees of increase, and the increase in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life(sf-36)scores in both postoperative groups showed an increasing trend, and the observation group showed a greater trend of change(P<0.05).Conclusion In LM anesthesia pa-tients,comprehensive psychological intervention can significantly alleviate their anxiety and depression, improve their level of hope, and promote a significant improvement in their quality of life.
