Effect of group multi task therapy on communication and interaction skills in patients with schizophrenia
Objective To explore the influence of group multi task therapy on communication and interaction skills in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from Decem-ber 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups by nu-merical table method, and were set as the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with routine therapy, while the observation group was treated with group multi task therapy on the basis of the control group. The communication and interaction skills scale(ACIS),positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the body, relationship and information exchange scores of ACIS scale in both groups were significantly increased, and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After treatment, the positive symptoms, negative symp-toms and psychopathology scores of PANSS scale in the two groups were significantly reduced, and after intervention, the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The group type multiple occupational therapy can improve the communication and interaction skills of schizophrenic pa-tients,and promote the improvement of schizophrenia related symptoms.
