The effect of family comprehensive nursing intervention in children with autism
Objective To analyze the value of family comprehensive nursing intervention for children with autism in disease control.Methods 98 children with autism were selected as samples.The samples were selected from Sep-tember 2019 to February 2022.The staff were grouped according to the"Random number table method"under the prin-ciple of randomization and rationality.There were 49 samples in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received family comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical effects,nursing effects and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The patients in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,and the moderate and severe autism were lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The autism behavior score,loneliness symptom score,anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of family comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the se-verity and quality of life of children with autism,promote the development of children's perception,movement,cogni-tion and language,and alleviate the negative emotions of family members.
