Effect of psychological nursing on patients with cerebral hemorrhage in convalescence
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on improving the negative emotion and quality of life of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in convalescence. Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,64 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in rehabilitation stage were collected and divided into control group and observation group based on random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The former group was given routine care and the latter group was given psychological care.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were used to evaluate patients'negative emotions and resilience, while the quality of life was evaluated by the Simple Health Status Questionnaire(SF-36),and nursing satisfaction was investigated by a self-made questionnaire. The above data were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in CD-RISC scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),but after intervention, the CD-RISC score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the SF-36 scores of both groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing for patients with cerebral hemor-rhage in the rehabilitation period,on the one hand,is conducive to improving the mental health of patients, actively eliminating anxiety and depression, and enhancing psychological resilience,on the other hand,it plays a positive role in comprehensively improving the quality of life, better meeting the needs of patients and improving their satisfaction.
