Effect of mindfulness decompression intervention on quality of sleep and mood in stroke patients with sleep disorders
Objective To explore the effect of mindfulness decompression intervention on sleep, anxiety and de-pression in patients with sleep disorder after stroke. Methods The subjects of this study were 96 patients with post-stroke sleep disorder in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022.They were randomly divided into two groups by nu-merical table method,48 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received mindfulness decompression intervention. The total sleep time, waking time and other sleep wake behaviors were compared before and after nursing.SAS,SDS and NIHSS were evaluated before and after nursing. Results After nursing, the total sleep time of the two groups increased, and the times of awakening, time of awakening, and total times of micro awakening decreased significantly. The sleep wake behaviors of the observation group after nursing were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).SAS score,SDS score and NIHSS score in the two groups decreased significantly af-ter nursing, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness decompression intervention can effectively improve sleep wake behavior, reduce anxiety and depression, and promote the recovery of neural function in patients with sleep disorders after stroke.
