The effect of psychological nursing in patients with fracture and multiple trauma
Objective To explore the value of psychological nursing during the treatment of patients with frac-tures and multiple trauma and the impact of this program on their psychological status. Methods From May 2021 to December 2022,60 patients with fractures and multiple trauma in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while patients in the ob-servation group received psychological nursing intervention based on the control group. The psychological status,qual-ity of life, and self-efficacy of the two groups before and after intervention were evaluated, and the changes in their fear state were analyzed. Results After psychological nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression recorded in the obser-vation group of 30 patients showed a downward trend compared to the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life and self efficacy scores recorded in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.By analyzing the fear state,it was found that the observation group recorded higher levels of fear at level I than the control group, and lower levels of fear at level Ⅱ and Ⅲ than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with fractures and multiple trauma, providing psychological nursing interventions can not only alleviate their negative emo-tional state, but also improve their quality of life and self-efficacy,achieving the goal of reducing their fear state.
