The influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotions of patients after Thoracoscopy radical resection of lung cancer
Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing interventions for patients undergoing Tho-racoscopy radical resection of lung cancer in improving their negative emotions during the recovery period of anesthesia. Methods A total of 112 patients diagnosed with lung cancer through relevant examinations in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected. They were divided into odd or even groups based on their hospitalization num-bers.56 patients were included in the control group for routine care, while 56 patients were included in the observation group for comprehensive nursing intervention. The negative emotions of patients before and after nursing, their rehabili-tation indicators, pain levels, and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results After comprehensive nursing intervention, the anxiety and depression scores recorded in the observation group of 56 patients were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score recorded in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The consciousness recovery time, bedtime activity time, and catheter retention time recorded in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of compli-cations recorded in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The appli-cation of comprehensive nursing intervention in the post Thoracoscopy radical resection of lung cancer can improve the negative emotion and physiological stress reaction during the recovery period of anesthesia, thus reducing the incidence of complications and improving the overall prognosis.
