The effect of multi-channel and multi-stage psychological nursing in cataract patients after surgery
Objective To explore the effect of multi-channel and multi-stage psychological nursing for cataract patients after surgery.Methods Eighty-seven cataract patients from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom underwent surgical treatment.They were randomly divide into two groups,both groups re-ceived postoperative basic care.The control group received routine psychological care,while the observation group re-ceived multi-channel and multi-stage psychological care.The Anxiety and Depression Self Rating Scale(SAS),SDS,and Quality of Life Core Scale(QLQ-C30V3.0)between two groups of patients before and after nursing care were com-pared.Results After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of both groups of patients significantly decreased,and the observation group had lower scores compared to the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After nursing care,the emotional and social scores on the QLQ-C30V3.0 scale were significantly increased in both groups of patients,and the scores on the scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi pathway and multi-stage psychological care for cataract patients after surgery can effectively improve anxiety and depression,and improve postoperative quality of life.
