多途径多阶段心理护理对术后白内障患者的效果

摘要
目的 探讨白内障患者术后多途径多阶段心理护理效果.方法 本研究对象为2020年1月～2023年1月87例白内障患者,均采用手术治疗.简单随机法分为两组,两组均接受术后基础护理,对照组采用常规心理护理模式,观察组采用多途径多阶段心理护理.比较两组患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁自评量表(SAS)、(SDS)以及生命质量核心量表(QLQ-C30V3.0).结果 两组患者护理后SAS评分、SDS评分均显著降低,且干预后观察组两项评分相较于对照组更低(P＜0.05);两组患者护理后QLQ-C30V3.0量表情感、社会等评分均显著升高,且护理后观察组量表各项评分相较于对照组更高(P＜0.05).结论 白内障患者术后多途径多阶段心理护理能够有效改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,并提升术后生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of multi-channel and multi-stage psychological nursing for cataract patients after surgery.Methods Eighty-seven cataract patients from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom underwent surgical treatment.They were randomly divide into two groups,both groups re-ceived postoperative basic care.The control group received routine psychological care,while the observation group re-ceived multi-channel and multi-stage psychological care.The Anxiety and Depression Self Rating Scale(SAS),SDS,and Quality of Life Core Scale(QLQ-C30V3.0)between two groups of patients before and after nursing care were com-pared.Results After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of both groups of patients significantly decreased,and the observation group had lower scores compared to the control group after intervention(P＜0.05).After nursing care,the emotional and social scores on the QLQ-C30V3.0 scale were significantly increased in both groups of patients,and the scores on the scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Multi pathway and multi-stage psychological care for cataract patients after surgery can effectively improve anxiety and depression,and improve postoperative quality of life.
