知信行指导模式对腋臭患者术后情绪、生活质量的影响

摘要
目的 探讨知信行指导模式在腋臭行手术治疗患者中的应用效果.方法 选择2019年3月～2023年3月于我科行腋臭手术治疗的患者76例,根据随机数表法分为参照组和干预组,各组38例.予以参照组常规护理,干预组采用知信行指导模式.观察两组术后心理情绪、自我效能、知信行水平及生活质量.结果 随访6个月,观察组心理领域评分、自我效能评分、知识、态度和信念、行为评分均高于参照组(P＜0.05);除生理功能外,干预组生活质量量表(QLS)评分高于参照组(P＜0.05).结论 知信行指导模式能够促进腋臭手术患者不良情绪的缓解,并改善自我效能,提高其知信行水平及生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of knowledge,belief and practice guidance model in patients with osmidrosis after surgical treatment.Methods 76 patients who underwent surgical treatment for bromhidrosis in our outpatient department from March 2019 to March 2023 were selected and divided into reference group and intervention group according to random number table method,with 38 patients in each group.The reference group was given rou-tine nursing,and the intervention group was given knowledge,faith and practice guidance.The psychological mood,self-efficacy,knowledge and practice level and life quality of the two groups were observed.Results After 6 months of follow-up,psychological field scores,self-efficacy scores,knowledge,attitude,belief and behavior scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Except physiological function,QLS scale scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The epistemic-practice guidance model can promote the relief of bad mood,improve self-efficacy,and improve the level of epis-temic-practice and quality of life of bromhidrosis patients after surgery.
