Effect of cognitive training based on tablet computer APP on patients with schizophrenia
Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of cognitive training based on tablet computer APP in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 90 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as research objects and grouped by random number table method.Both groups were given conventional treatment,45 cases in the control group were given health education,and 45 cases in the experimental group were given cognitive training based on tablet APP.The severity of mental disorders,cognitive function and qual-ity of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of general psychopathological symptoms,nega-tive symptoms and positive symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of orientation,memory,attention and calculation ability,recall ability and language ability in obser-vation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).The scores of social function,cognitive function,role function and physical function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Cognitive training based on tablet computer APP can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of schizo-phrenia patients,improve cognitive function and quality of life.
