度洛西汀与舍曲林治疗老年抑郁症疗效比较
Effect of duloxetine and sertraline on the treatment of senile depression

摘要
目的 探讨应用度洛西汀或舍曲林治疗老年抑郁症患者的抑郁症状的治疗效果.方法 采集2021年10月～2022年10月病例资料,展开研究.入选对象为医院收治的老年抑郁症患者,共计纳入100例,根据治疗方法不同分组,分为对照组(舍曲林治疗组)与观察组(度洛西汀治疗组),各组纳入50例;观察对比两组抑郁程度、睡眠质量、临床有效率、血清因子.结果 与对照组相比,观察组治疗1周、4周、6周汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression rating scale,HAMD)评分均显著降低(P＜0.05);治疗后,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后,两组去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、多巴胺(dopamine,DA)水平均呈不同程度升高,且观察组较对照组升幅更大(P＜0.05).结论 老年抑郁症患者应用度洛西汀治疗,相较于舍曲林,可取得更为显著的治疗效果,改善患者抑郁程度及睡眠.
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Duloxetine and Sertraline in the treatment of depres-sive symptoms in elderly patients with depression.Methods Collect case data from October 2021 to October 2022 and conduct research.The selected subjects were elderly patients with depression admitted to the hospital,a total of 100 cases were included.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(Sertraline treat-ment group)and observation group(Duloxetine treatment group),50 cases were included in each group;Observe and compare the degree of depression,sleep quality,clinical efficacy,and serum factors between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)scores of the observation group were significantly reduced after 1 week,4 weeks,and 6 weeks of treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of Norepinephrine(NE),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and dopamine(DA)in the two groups increased in varying degrees,and the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with Sertraline,Duloxetine can achieve more significant therapeutic effect in elderly patients with depression and improve their depres-sion and sleep.
