The correlation between out-of-hospital compliance behaviour and recurrence in patients with bladder tumours after surgery
Objective To investigate the current situation of out-of-hospital compliance,post-operative recur-rence and their correlation in the post-operative bladder tumour population,to further analyse the factors associated with out-of-hospital compliance, and to provide a basis for improving patients'out-of-hospital compliance and progno-sis.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 452 postoperative bladder tumour patients from June 2020 to June 2021,to investigate their compliance behaviour by questionnaire,to compare the recurrence of postoper-ative bladder tumour patients with different compliance behaviour. Results Among 438 patients with bladder tumors,56.39%were fully compliant out-of-hospital.26.26%were partially compliant, and 17.35%were not compliant at all.1 year after surgery,9.31%of postoperative patients with fully compliant bladder tumors recurred,19.13%re-curred with partial compliance, and 34.21%recurred with complete non-compliance(P<0.05).The Out-of-hospital compliance behaviour was negatively associated with recurrence rates in the post-operative bladder tumour population by Spearman's method.Education, economic status, health knowledge, health literacy, and psychological resilience were the factors influencing the out-of-hospital compliance behavior of postoperative bladder tumor patients. The results of the survey showed that the three areas with the highest demand for health education were"toxic and side effects of chemotherapy drugs and coping skills","clinical manifestations of disease and treatment progress",and"nutritional guidance"."Nutrition guidance".Conclusion In this study,we learned that the out-of-hospital compliance behavior and health knowledge mastery of postoperative bladder tumor population need to be further improved, while education, economic status, health knowledge mastery, health literacy, and psychological flexibility are the influencing factors of out-of-hospital compliance behavior, and most patients expressed the need to receive health education services, and the development of health education services has become an inevitable trend.
