Effect of humanistic care combined with psychological nursing on negative emotions in patients with breast cancer after operation
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care combined with psychological nursing on improving negative emotions and nursing satisfaction of patients after breast cancer surgery.Methods From November 2021 to October 2022,120 cases of breast cancer patients after surgery were collected and studied.They were divided into con-trol group and observation group based on random number table.The former group received routine nursing care,and the latter group received humanistic care combined with psychological nursing care,with 60 cases in each group;Ham-ilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),and Simplified Psychoelasticity Scale(CD-RISC)were used to determine the negative emotions and mental health status of patients.Cancer Rehabilitation Assessment Scale(CARES)was used to assess the quality of life.Nursing satisfaction was investigated with satisfaction question-naire.The data above were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the evaluation results of HAMA,HAMD and CD RISC scores before intervention,HAMA,HAMD scores decreased and CD RISC scores increased in the patients after intervention,which was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).After intervention,CARES-SF score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing sat-isfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of humanistic care and psychological care for postoperative patients with breast cancer is beneficial to main-tain their good psychological state,enhance their psychological flexibility,further ensure good quality of life,meet the needs of patients and improve their satisfaction.
