Effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on mood and quality of life in postoperative patients with breast cancer
Objective To explore the significant effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on improving the bad mood of patients after breast cancer surgery.Methods From March 2019 to March 2022,92 cases of breast cancer patients after surgery were collected and studied.After strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,they were reasonably grouped based on the"random number table method".The control group and the observation group were di-vided into two groups.The former group received routine nursing,and the latter group received comprehensive psycho-logical nursing intervention.The number of patients in each group was 46.The special scale was used to determine the patients'negative emotions,mental health and quality of life.The above data were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating depression scale in two groups were reduced,and the scores of the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).After intervention,Connor-Davidson resilience scale in observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Quality of Life Questionary-Core 30 in two groups were increased,and the scores of the observation group were more higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention in postoperative patients with breast cancer can play a positive role in eliminating negative emotions,so as to improve their mental health and promote their quality of life.
