The impact of high-quality nursing combined with humanistic care on negative emotions,sleep quality,and quality of life in advanced malignant tumors
Objective To explore the impact of high-quality nursing combined with humanistic care on the psy-chological,emotional,sleep,and quality of life of patients with advanced malignant tumors.Method From February 2020 to August 2022,case data were collected and filed.The subjects were advanced malignant tumor patients admit-ted to the hospital,with a total of 130 cases included.The subjects were grouped based on the"random number table"method and divided into a control group(65 cases included,with routine intervention)and an observation group(65 cases included,with high-quality nursing combined with humanistic care).Observe and compare the negative emo-tions,sleep quality,and quality of life between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7)and the Health Questionnaire Depression Scale(PHQ-9)in both groups decreased,and the observation group had lower scores(P<0,05).After treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of both groups were significantly reduced,and the PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the health status and functional scores of both groups increased,while the symptom and single item scores decreased.Moreover,the observation group had better scores than the control group(P<0.05),Conclusion Carrying out high-quality nursing combined with humanistic care for patients with advanced malignant tumors can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression,improve psychological status,improve sleep quality,promote quality of life,and achieve satisfactory nursing intervention effects.
