Effect of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotion,pain and sleep time of patients with advanced gastric cancer
Objective To explore the value of psychological nursing intervention in the improvement of nega-tive emotions,pain and sleep in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods After strict acceptance and exclusion criteria,86 patients with advanced gastric cancer(cases were collected from March 2020 to August 2021)were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The group was divided into control group and observa-tion group,with 43 cases in each group.The former implemented routine nursing mode,and the latter implemented psychological nursing intervention to evaluate the degree of anxiety and depression(SAS score,SDS score)of the two groups Sleep status(Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score),pain degree(visual analogue scale(VAS)score)and quality of life were compared between groups.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups showed a downward trend,and the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,compared with the control group,the pain degree,namely VAS score,sleep quality,namely PSQI score,in the observation group were significantly lower,and the quality of life,namely EORTC QLQ-30 score,was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing intervention is conducive to improve the anxiety,depression and other negative emotions of patients with advanced gastric cancer,and effectively relieve pain,so as to ensure good sleep quality,further promote the substantial improvement of quality of life,and achieve ideal prognosis.
