Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing and health education on postoperative quality of life in patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer.Methods From December 2022 to February 2024,62 pa-tients with laparoscopic gastrectomy were selected for clinical study,and the cases were divided into 31 cases by ran-dom number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with psychological nursing and health education.The scores of quality of life,coping style,uncertainty of disease,self-ef-ficacy,hope level and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing of the two groups were statistically analyzed and com-pared.Results Before nursing,the quality of life score,coping style score,disease uncertainty score,self-efficacy score and hope level score of the two groups were compared,and the result was(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of nursing,the results showed that the quality of life score,coping style score,disease uncertainty score,self-efficacy score and hope level score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing and 2 weeks after nursing,the results showed that after 2 weeks of nursing,quality of life score,coping style score,disease uncertainty score,self-efficacy score and hope level score were better than before nursing(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of nursing,the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined implementation of psychological nursing and health education can improve the quality of life,coping style,disease uncertainty,self-efficacy,hope level,and nursing satisfaction in patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer resection,and has significant clinical application value.
