Effects of mental health intervention combined with traditional informed,demonstration-operated in-tegrated behavior management techniques on mental state and medical treatment compliance in patients with lung cancer
Objective To apply mental health intervention combined with traditional informed,demonstration-operated integrated behavior management technique, and analyze the effect of this method on mental state and treatment behavior of patients with lung cancer. Methods This is a prospective randomized controlled study, using random number table method to select different nursing methods.80 patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40 } according to different nursing in-tervention methods. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was supplemented with mental health intervention combined with traditional tell-demonstration-operation integrated behavior management techniques. The scores of mental state, negative emotions, incidence of adverse reactions, compliance and treatment ef-fect were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the score of GAD-7 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the Frankl score and Houpt score of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mental health intervention combined with traditional informed,demonstration-operated integrated behavior management technique can not only reduce patients'fear of treatment and incidence of adverse reactions, improve negative emotions, but also effectively improve patients'compli-ance and treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
