摘要
目的 探讨中国汉族人群难治性精神分裂症患者的症状维度状况.方法 采用自编精神分裂症症状清单对414例难治性精神分裂症的精神症状进行因子分析.结果 通过对统计的难治性精神分裂症患者的症状因子分析,得出6个主要因子(及其贡献率)分别为:妄想、抑郁、衰退、洞悉、幻觉、自知力.结论 结果提示难治性精神分裂症患者症状具有多维特性,本研究得出的6个症状维度:妄想、抑郁、衰退、洞悉、幻觉、自知力,可以为难治性精神分裂症的早期识别提供一定的科学依据.
Abstract
Objective To explore the symptom dimension of refractory schizophrenia patients in the Han Chinese population.Methods A factor analysis was conducted on the psychological symptoms of 414 patients with refractory schizophrenia using a self-made schizophrenia symptom list.Results The results showed that through symptom fac-tor analysis of patients with refractory schizophrenia,six main factors(and their contribution rates)were identified:delusions,depression,decline,insight,hallucinations,and self-awareness.Conclusion The symptoms of refrac-tory schizophrenia patients have multidimensional characteristics.The six symptom dimensions identified in this study,including delusions,depression,decline,insight,hallucinations,and self-awareness,can provide scientific basis for early identification of refractory schizophrenia.
