目的 探讨喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗伴抑郁症状的精神分裂症患者的效果及对其血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)水平的影响.方法 选取阜阳市第三人民医院2020年7月～2022年12月间89例精神分裂症伴抑郁症状的患者.采用随机数字表法分为实验组(喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗,n=44)和对照组(单纯使用喹硫平治疗,n=45),并比较二者的临床疗效、PANSS评分(Positive and Negative Symptoms,PANSS)、HAMD评分(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)、不良反应、血清Hcy的水平等.结果 临床疗效:实验组显效率明显高于对照组(P=0.04);PANSS评分、HAMD评分和血清中Hcy的水平:实验组和对照组治疗2周、4周、8周后的PANSS评分、HAMD评分和血清Hcy水平都低于治疗前(P＜0.01).对照组治疗2周、4周、8周后的PANSS评分、HAMD评分和血清Hcy水平都要高于实验组(P=0.04);不良反应:实验组和对照组总体不良反应发生率都较低,两者差异没有统计学意义(P=0.31).结论 喹硫平和帕罗西汀联合应用,治疗精神分裂症伴抑郁症状的效果较好,而且安全性比较好.
Effect of paroxetine combined with quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenia patients with depressive-and its effect on serum homocysteine
Objective The value of paroxetine combined with quetiapine in the treatment of patients with schizo-phrenia with depressive symptoms was explored and its influence on serum homocysteine(HCY)level.Methods Select 89 patients with schizophrenia and depressive symptoms from the Third People's Hospital of Fuyang City from July 2020 to December 2022.Using a random number table method,the two groups were divided into an experimental group(treated with quetiapine combined with paroxetine,n=44)and a control group(treated with quetiapine alone,n=45),and their clinical efficacy,PANSS score(Positive and Negative Symptoms,PANSS),HAMD score(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD),adverse reactions,and serum Hcy levels were compared.Results Clinical curative ef-fect:The obvious effective rate of the experimental group,which seems clearly higher than the effect of the control group(P＜0.05).PANSS score,HAMD score and serum Hcy level:the PANSS score,HAMD score and serum Hcy level in the experimental group and the control group after 2,4 and 8 weeks of treatment were lower than those before treat-ment(P＜0.05).PANSS score,HAMD score and serum Hcy level in the experimental group seems clearly lower than those in the control group,after accepting 2,4 and 8 weeks of treatment in the patients(P＜0.01).Adverse reactions:Then adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group was lower,there were not statistically signifi-cant between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine combined with quetiapine is effective in the treatment of schizophrenia with depression.
