目的 探讨孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)患儿眼动特征及与行为指标的关系.方法 将本院2021年5月~2023年5月共83例ASD患儿设为观察组,80例年龄、性别等配对的正常体检儿童设为对照组.比较两组受试者观看共同注意模式视频下的眼动特征指标,评估观察组孤独症行为量表(autism behavior checklist,ABC)、社交反应量表(social responsiveness scale,SRS),分析眼动特征指标与ABC评分、SRS评分的相关性.结果 观察组观看共同注意模式视频眼睛引导、头部引导首次进入(time to first fixation,TFF)、首个注视点(first fixation duration,FFD)、总注视时间(total fixation duration,TFD)均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TFF、FFD、TFD与ABC评分、SRS评分呈负相关关系(P<0.05).结论 ASD患儿眼睛以及头部引导的共同注意能力较差,并且这些眼动特征与患儿社交障碍、孤独症症状具有显著关联.
The eye movement characteristics in children with autism spectrum disorders
Objective To explore the relationship between eye movement characteristics and behavioral indica-tors in children with autism spectrum disorders.Methods A total of 83 children with ASD in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were set as the observation group,and 80 normal children who were matched for age,gender,and other physical examinations were set as the control group.The eye movement feature indicators of two groups of subjects watching videos of common attention mode were compared.The Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)Social Response Scale(SRS)in the observation group were evaluated.The correlation between eye movement characteristic indicators and ABC score and SRS score were analyzed.Results The observation group watched a video of common attention mode with eye guidance,head guidance for the first fixation(TFF),first fixation duration(FFD),and total fixation duration(TFD),which were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between TFF,FFD,TFD,ABC score,and SRS score in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with ASD have poor co attention abilities guided by the eyes and head,and these eye movement characteristics are sig-nificantly associated with social disorders and autism symptoms in the child.
