Effect of large dose Shuganjieyu capsule on depression and anxiety and serum monoamine neurotrans-mitters in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI
Objective To observing the therapeutic effect of high-dose Shugan Jieyu capsules on postoperative depression comorbidity anxiety and serum monoamine neurotransmitters in patients with coronary heart disease undergo-ing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods According to the random number table method,the 90 pa-tients included were divided into an observation group(45 cases)and a control group(45 cases).The observation group was treated with high-dose Shuganjieyu Capsules,while the control group was treated with conventional dose Shugan-jieyu Capsules.Compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in baseline conditions between the observation group and the control group before treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference in the Hamilton Depression Scale 24 and Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores between the observation group and the control group(P＜0.05).There was a significant difference in the levels of dopamine,serotonin,and norepinephrine(P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion High dose Shugan Jieyu Capsules can more effectively regulate the levels of mono-amine neurotransmitters in patients with comorbid depression and anxiety after coronary heart disease PCI,improve symptoms of depression and anxiety to a greater extent,and have fewer adverse reactions.
