The effect of psychotherapy on improving postoperative quality of life and negative emotions in non-small cell lung cancer patients after operation
Objective To explore the value of psychotherapy in the rehabilitation of early non-small cell lung cancer patients after operation. Methods A study was conducted on 62 patients diagnosed with early non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 using an Excel table.A total of 31 patients were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method, with a total of 31 patients receiving simple surgi-cal treatment(control group)and 31 patients receiving surgical combined psychotherapy(observation group).Count the degree of pain and psychological resilience after treatment, and compare the quality of life, negative emotional changes, and coping style scores of patients before and after intervention. Results The pain level of 31 patients in the observation group after surgery and psychotherapy was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The psychological resilience score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life,anxi-ety,and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing surgery and psychotherapy in the treatment and rehabilitation of early non-small cell lung cancer can improve its physiological and psychological stress response, reduce the impact of disease and surgery on the patient's quality of life, and improve the overall prognosis.
