The influence of spiritual guidance education on the emotional state of children with perennial allergic rhinitis
Objective To explore the effects of rehabilitation therapy based on mental-guided education on cog-nitive function and mood in children with perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods 220 children with perennial allergic rhi-nitis admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were continuously included as study objects.Control group 90 cases received routine rehabilitation treatment;The 130 cases in the intervention group were given rehabilitation therapy based on spiritual guidance education on the basis of the control group.Symptom Checklist(SCL-90),Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and Self-rating depress scale were adopted.SDS was used to evaluate the adverse mood of children with perennial allergic rhinitis,and MoCA was used to evaluate the cognitive function of children with perenni-al allergic rhinitis.Results After intervention,the scores of SCL-90,SAS and SDS in the intervention group/control group were significantly lower than before intervention,and the scores of MoCA were significantly higher than before intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of SCL-90,SAS and SDS in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of MoCA were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy based on guided education can effectively improve the cognitive function and emotional status of children with perennial allergic rhinitis,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
