Effect of psychological counseling in advance on negative emotion and compliance behavior of patients undergoing orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological counseling in advance on the negative emotion and compliance behavior of patients undergoing orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia.Methods A total of 176 pa-tients undergoing general anesthesia orthopedic surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were ran-domly divided into two groups.The control group(88 cases)received routine clinical intervention,and the observation group(88 cases)received psychological counseling in advance on the basis of the control group.The negative emotion,resilience,compliance behavior and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of CD-RISC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance behavior of the observation group was significantly better than that of the con-trol group(Z=4.941,P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of GQOLI-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological counseling in advance can effectively improve the patients'negative emotions,psychological resilience,compliance behavior and quality of life after general anesthesia orthopedic surgery.
