Effects of Mindful Stress Reduction Therapy on Sleep Quality,Anxiety,Depression and Stress in Pa-tients with Paroxysmal Migraine
Objective To explore the effects of mindfulness-based decompression therapy on sleep quality, anxiety, stress and depression in patients with paroxysmal migraine. Methods The clinical data of 122 patients with paroxysmal migraine admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively studied.According to different clinical nursing methods, they were divided into routine nursing group(50 cases)and mindfulness-based decompression therapy nursing group(72 cases). The Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS score),perceived stress scale(PS score),Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS score),quality of sleep(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI score)and quality of life(Short Form(36)Health Survey,SF-36 score). Results Repeated measurements showed that there were statistically significant differences in the time point,inter-group and interaction effect between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention, the SAS score,PS score and SDS score of the two groups decreased after 4 days and 8 days of intervention(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention, the PSQI scores of the two groups decreased after 8 days of intervention(P<0.05).And the PSQI score and difference in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Com-pared with before intervention, the scores of SF-36 in each dimension(physiological function, energy, physiological function, general health, social function, physical pain, mental health and emotional function)in the two groups increased after 8 days of intervention(P<0.05).And the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness-based decompression therapy has a good clinical effect on paroxysmal migraine, which can effectively relieve anxiety and depression, improve perceived stress, and improve sleep quality and quality of life.
