The status of perioperative anxiety and depression and its influencing factors in patients before and af-ter kidney stone surgery
Objective To analyze the current status of anxiety and depression in kidney stone surgery.Methods 504 patients with kidney stone surgery hospitalized from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and investigated by questionnaire and hospital Anxiety and depression Scale(Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,HADS).The influencing factors of anxiety and depression in patients undergoing kidney stone surgery were analyzed by univariate and multivariate linear regression.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that age,residence,education level,income and expenditure,disease and other factors affecting anxiety and depression in patients with kidney stone surgery(P<0.05).Multifactor logistic regression found that high household disposable income was a protective factor for anxiety in kidney stone surgery,and living alone were risk factors for anxiety in kidney stone surgery(P<0.05).Living alone and complications were risk factors for depression in kidney stone surgery(P<05).Conclusion Serious anxiety and depression occur in kidney stone surgery patients,and family members and medical staff should strengthen protection based on actual factors.
